Beer description

Oakspire, a limited collaboration between New Belgium and Knob Creek, is a unique bourbon barrel ale that is aged with bourbon-soaked oak spirals and charcoal from inside the barrel. Gentle notes of toffee, vanilla and caramel envelop in a pleasantly warm finish. Oak spiral: Where innovation meets tradition.

Doesn't taste like whiskey, floral fruity notes, no strong after taste, perfect collaboration. At 9% one is plenty to enjoy with a meal.

This well crafted ale is exceptionally smooth and flavorful. One of the best bourbon barrel aged ales on the market. Highly recommended! Cheers!
