Beer description
While sipping mimosa on a Sunday afternoon, our Wood Cellar Blender Lauren Limbach was given a new Foeder (large oak barrel), which she aptly named Dominga - a reference to the Spanish word for Sunday. The first beer she created from this barrel was a mimosa-inspired golden sour called "Dominga: Goddess of Brunch". Sour fans loved it, and we decided it deserved a place in our year-round program.
