Beer description
BEER MADE FROM GAMAY AND PINOT NOIR MARCS
A collaboration with our local Captain Wilfried Crochet.
This beer is made from a wort of barley, wheat and rye, fermented naturally on Gamay and Pinot Noir marcs.
Full fermentation in demi-muid for 16 months gives this beer notes of red fruit and cherry, as well as a subtle touch of toast and vanilla to temper its fresh acidity.
