Bishop Cider - Nectar Imperial

Bishop Nectar Imperial, or Honey [Nectar] for short is just that, with a kicker [Imperial]. We start this bad mamajama off with our crazy good fermented base cider, and then we add just the right amount of Texas honey, much from a little town called McKinney [and yeah, we know, it’s not that little anymore but it’s a really fun town]. I digress.... it’s all uphill from there. Bright and crisp in flavor with just a hint of sweetness from the honey, but [and there’s always a but] this one also hides a little ditty... it’s 8.5%. It’s also unfiltered so has a hazy element to it as well. As it says right there on the can, 8.5% ALC/VOL and 100% TASTY. Give it a shot. We thank you. The bees thank you. Cheers!
