New Beer Generation NBG - Hop Pop Pale Ale

American pale ale. Double cold-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Azacca and Polaris. Light, golden-brown beer, slightly cloudy; white short-lived foam crown. Intense grapefruit smell, sweet fruits, tangerine. Strong citrus notes in the antrunk, grapefruit and mandarin. Medium carbonization. In the finish again citrus and slightly resinous hop note, quite tart.
