Natty Greene's Brewing - Noble

Noble is a German Kölsch style ale. Brewed with all German malts - Pilsner and Vienna, this light bodied beer is crisp and clean. Old meets new is the hopping approach: bittered with the noble variety Magnums and finished with the new Polaris hops. Kölsch beers are fermented at much lower temperatures than other ales, and they are also lagered for at least 4 weeks to ensure clarity and smoothness.
