Beer description
Perzik-Style Lambic is a slightly sweet and intensely sour ale brimming with peach aroma. The base is our Gueuze-Style Lambic that has aged in Oak barrels for 18 months. We then add 200 pounds of Eastern North Carolina Peaches and allow it to age for another 18 months.
Clingstone's name comes for the peach variety chosen for this sour beer. The flesh of the peach clings to the seed deeming the fruit a clingstone peach.
