Blend of rhubarb with one and two year-old Lambic
One tank of rhubarb lambic transferred into a recently emptied raspberry lambic tank before bottling.
Beer with a tangy and fruity taste. A slight astringency accentuates its subtlety and its end note.
Long conservation beer, with an evolving taste.
