Toot toot, all aboard the Muffin Train. We took the award winning lambic-inspired Train to Beersel and aged it in puncheons with blueberries and orange zest. As these fruity notes took center stage, we added just a touch of cinnamon and vanilla to achieve a muffin-like taste that will take you away.
