When we asked the brewers what hops they were planning to use in this NEIPA, they sent back a list of 12 different hop varieties. Thinking they'd misunderstood, we asked them again for the list of what they actually used. But no, they did actually use a whopping 12 hops: Amarillo, Galaxy, Mosaic, BRU-1, Idaho-7, El Dorado, Citra, Cashmere, Centennial, Simcoe, Cascade and Columbus! These hops are known to give flavours ranging from pineapple and pear to bubblegum and melon, and all your favourite tropical and citrus fruits in between. So this Double NEIPA will definitely take your tastebuds on a journey, potentially through alternate realities.
