Mountain Culture Beer - Escape to the Country

We are back brewing with our best mates from the NSW South Coast, Dangerous Ales. This time, we invited Damo and the crew up to the Mountains for a little get away and to brew two polar opposite yet equally epic beers. Damo has hooked us up with a berry farm load of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries to blend through this 7.5% sour. In fact, this beer represents the most fruit per litre that we have ever added to a Mountain Culture beer. A 'dangerous' amount one might say. Carried by a refreshing sourness, this beer is balanced with freshly, hand sliced vanilla beans to create the ultimate escape from our comfort zone.
