Mountain Culture Beer - Autopilot

Autopilot is an All-American hopped Oat Cream IPA. We thought we’d push the limits with this one to celebrate our second year of making this ‘craze’ style. To start off with we pushed the chloride:sulfate ratio as far as we could and then threw in our largest percentage of rolled and flaked adjuncts to increase the haze and mouthfeel whilst also making our highest ABV Oat Cream to date. And now for the important part - we threw in 6 of our favourite American hops including cryo Citra, cryo Amarillo and cryo Mosaic as late kettle additions and then excessive amounts of Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic, Idaho 7, Centennial and Simcoe over 2 separate dry hops.
