However, this IPA is darker
to please the Scandinavian taste buds.
The dark ale is flavoured with 5 different hops:
English Fuggles and East Kent Goldings, German Cascade and Perle and American Mosaic.
All hops are flavour hops. Most are added to the wort kettle just before cooling, while 20% are added as "dry hops" to the filtered cold beer just before bottling.
