Beer description
This NW style sour blond ale was barrel aged with reduced Montmorency cherry juice. While the Montmorency is a classic sour cherry, the nectar is very sweet. Aromas of tart cherry, candy and hints of almond start this one off. Lush, tart cherry and candy notes reveal themselves in quick succession on the palate and lead to finish of soft cherry and sweet spices.
