Montegioco Rurale

Charged amber, freshly veiled, with copper reflections. The nose is articulated, with fruity, biscuity, caramel notes, accompanied by herbaceous, peppery and citrus notes, deriving from the hops used (Fuggle and Cascade). In the mouth the structure of the malts supports the bitterness of the hops (40 IBU), which in the tasting comes with great progression to clean the mouth. Beer that knows how to be drinkable and complex, with a very pleasant finish, with light notes of pepper, spices and ginger. Suggested pairings: grilled meats, cotechino and lentils, fried cod or a poignant autumn sunset...
