The aroma of caramel, chocolate, tonka, vanilla and of course nuts. Some alcohol, cereals. Brown, opaque. Beige foam, thick bubbles, small and falling quickly. Sweet, tempting, reflecting aroma. On the downside, a fairly pronounced sour note. Bitterness low, pleasant. Medium-high fullness, medium low saturation and acidic, nutty finish.
