Kane Brewing - Monmouth Gold

Monmouth Gold is our traditionally brewed German-Style Helles Lager. We brew Monmouth Gold with a blend of Floor malted German barely, including 2 different heirloom varietals.We moderately hop this beer with Hallertau Mittelfruh, sourced directly from our friends at Seitz Farms. Monmouth Gold is fermented cold, naturally carbonated and lagered for an extended period of time prior to packaging. It pours a light yellow with the slightest natural unfiltered haze and has aromatics of fresh baked bread, crackers and biscuits and a light underlying herbal and citrusy hop profile
