Mastri Birrai Umbri - Monkey Utopia

Utopia is a Local Modern IPA brewed with Umbrian ingredients with distinctive aromatic notes. Deep yellow and cloudy in color, it has foam has white, fine and persistent foam and elegant aromas of cut grass, tea, grapefruit and tangerine. It is balanced in the mouth, with wheat giving smoothness and balancing the aroma. The dry hop makes all the scents more intense and lasting. Enveloping body, light bubble.
