Beer description
This buck can't come up with a head of foam either, but optically it can score with a dark golden color that shines through the glass without being clouded. As expected, stronger, sweetish grainy malt notes can be found in the aroma, but hoppy notes can also be made out. The nose is confirmed in the initial taste, because it is grainy, malty with clear sweetness in the first round of taste. The alcohol is well integrated, but makes no secret of its presence either. A little less carbonated, this Bock is surprisingly tasty and easy to drink. One misses the fruitiness of other bucks a bit. Medium body, which is still built up around the malty, sweet notes. The alcohol is also slowly becoming a bit more obvious and is now clearly present. Nevertheless, the Bock remains true to the finish and ends with a malty sweet finish with strong grainy notes. Unfortunately, there is very little taste of the hops from the aroma. For me an uncomplicated but somewhat one-dimensional goat.
Malzig würziger Bock. Vollmundig und kräftig.
