Beer description
The color of this beer is a light not quite strawy yellow, which is optically clear, but otherwise may arouse little emotion. A white, medium-pored crown adhering to the glass forms on top. The nose is pleasantly surprised to be able to perceive light malt flavors that one would not necessarily have expected because of the color. With a subtle tart and slightly bitter note and hoppy flavors this beer starts in the mouth. The bitterness quickly gives way to a subtle malt aroma. The carbonation is very well matched to the light beer and supports the existing flavors positively. In the aftermath, the aromas are then always thinner and it remains a clear liveliness. For hot summer days certainly an ideal thirst quencher and a real alternative to cycling - for intense beer enjoyment but too little complex.
