Beer description

A Belgian Strong Dark Ale spiced with Cardamom, Star Anise and Cassis (Cinnamon). A beer version of mulled wine, there is no questioning that it is spiced! Think Grandma’s boozy Christmas cake, the flavour complexity comes to the party as the beer warms. Best allowed to warm to room temperature or back blend with a heated portion.
