Pivovar Vik MMM

A heavy malty fruity sour beer. Beer dessert full of passion fruit, pineapple and papaya. Beautifully dense rich orange colour. Subtle sweetness comes from lactose and residual sugars from the malt. The beer is brewed using the kettle souring process, i.e. fermentation on the brewhouse with lactic acid bacteria.
