Lazy Mutt So Cal IPA is crafted from malted 2 row Barley, Cara Pils Malt, Caramel 30L Malt, Cascade Hops & Proprietary Yeast. Lazy Mutt So Cal IPA is a big, beefy IPA - Reminiscent of the Russian Imperial IPA. Pale golden-straw color with a nice 2 finger head and good retention. Aromas are of a strong pine and citrus hop . The pine and citrus flavors both come through with taste that nearly conceals the malt, but not quite. For a hoppy beer, it finishes with easy linger, a medium mouth feel and a very warming afterglow.
