Migration Brewing - Govy 500 IPA

With a super simple malt bill of just 2 Row Malt, this beer is a showcase for contemporary American hops. Leading the way is Azacca in a concentrated pellet form (Cryo) that exhibits bright overripe mango, papaya, and tangerine flavors. To that we blend in some classic Pacific Northwest Cascade and its lemon/lime, grapefruit citrus zest notes. Rounding out the blend is Idaho7, with its aggressive pineapple flavor as well as some dank, pine notes.
