Inspired by the 300 acres of open fields, woodlands, ponds, and streams that run adjacent to brewery, Brookside Kölsch, is a salute to the Beaver Brook Park we Squirrels call home. Crisp, golden, and with sweet smells of fresh-cut flowers, Kolsch-style ale has a light bitterness and a citrusy smooth finish.
