The first brick of this collaboration was laid back in December 2019. Back then, we were preparing for the new year, 2020, and we didn't yet know what the next 5 months had in store for us.
A lot has happened since then. Our sour base has undergone 2 stages of freezing under the supervision of the masters of this business from Gas Brew, several intermediate tastings and awaited its further destiny. For several months we have been choosing mash variants that could give it a new facet of perception. And I think we have succeeded.
Meet our new variety, Villabaggio Tomato Frozen Smoothie Sauer with no added salt. We advise you to be careful and use a small container when sampling. For example, a shot glass. We jokingly call it "tomato shot" among ourselves.
