Quidi Vidi Brewing - Midnight Poacher

This is year 5 for Quidi Vidi Brewery’s collab with the Newfermenters. We hold a brewing competition and then a bottle share. It’s a chance for the community to hang out and sample each other’s brews. This is Midnight Poacher by Mark Fitzpatrick. Dark brown, with light haze and a thick tan head. Dark, biscuit malt aromas with highlights of light chocolate and dark fruit. Nice roast flavours accompanied by a light fruitiness and robust, earthy hop finish.
