Brussels Beer Project - Micdrop IPA

Big and bold, our Double Black IPA is Mic-Drop, created by our Master Brewer. Mic Drop strikes a perfect balance between drinkability, hoppiness and complex malt profile. The heavy dryhop give tropical, citrus and berry aromas against some resin and pine. These are complemented nicely by chocolate, caramel and roasted coffee flavour coming from the malt bill. The clean yeast profile lets the malt and hops shine, and at 8% ABV, the beer has body and packs a punch!
