The chocolate in this beer is a specially selected and roasted blend by Krak, featuring Mexican cocoa, Soconusco El Vado Lote, which imparts herbal notes, ripe plums, red fruits, and a soft nuttiness. Four peppers were selected after an extensive pepper taste test —Guajillo, ancho, Arbol, and Chipotle— to complement the chocolate, providing a beautifully warming layer of flavor to this pastry stout. Don't worry, no firefighters will actually be needed, you can handle this. To enhance the depth of flavor, we've incorporated the finest vanilla, a dash of cinnamon, and a hint of coffee.
