Our new ephemeral Kalamansi juice and ginger beer explores tartness with its "SOUR" recipe.
Ginger is a small, highly concentrated citrus fruit with a flavour similar to tangerine or kumquat. It's the fruit we've chosen to reinforce the slightly acidic personality of a brew made with wheat and barley malts. To this we've added a hint of ginger on the palate, which brings its slightly spicy personality and warms the palate!
