Metazoa Wit-Bellied Hedgehog

This Belgian style wheat beer gets much of its flavor from a warm fermentation with Belgian ale yeast. A large dose of wheat provides a full body and creamy mouthfeel, and the light addition of orange peel and coriander play perfectly with the yeast esters in this beer.
