We're starting our 8 Year Anniversary beers with the rockstar of hops, Superdelic. Probably our most favorite hops from last year, bringing tones of red fruits, honeydew melon, and tropical fruit. To balance the sweetness we’ve also Tango hops. New, super sustainable and the polar opposite of Superdelic in terms of flavor. Adding layers of spicy herbals, refreshing grapefruit and citrus notes, creating a perfect balance. As Mercury is closest to the sun in our solar system, we decided on a perfect IPA for those sunlit summer evenings with friends. Number one of the eight tributes to eight years of brewing at Moersleutel Craft Brewery! Cheers!
