Beer description
You know what product has no shelf life at all? Well, apart from salt, of course, because it took a couple of million years to salt your morning scrambled eggs. Honey! The most unique thing in the world, retaining its flavour and colour after thousands of years. And even though the first documented mention of mead dates back only to the 7th century AD, it is believed that honey-based alcoholic beverages have accompanied man throughout his history....
In short, we had no moral reason to take and not brew mead. So we did. And to make it even more interesting, we added ripe cherry juice to it, balancing the light residual sweetness with invigorating acidity and adding to the honey note in the flavour a fleur of ripe berries and summer sunshine.
And then we diligently described all these notes of splendour to the popular neural network MidJourney, which, after a short pause, created us a label for the new variety. This is how the historical traditions and technologies of tomorrow met in one bottle!
