Beer description
The Drifting Daisy is essentially based on Belgian beer styles. This Belgian IPA has a fruity, slightly spicy character due to the use of La Chouffe yeast. Together with Het Hollands Hophuis, we have selected a dry hop combination of Styrian Wolf and Dragon hops (from Slovenia) to complement the character.
