Beer description
- Winner of Silver at 2020's Dutch Beer Challenge -
Brewed in 2016, fermented on 250 g/L Zeeuws-Vlaamse krieken, aged for 2 years on old whisky barrels and refermented on cherry and raspberry purée. Bottled in November, 2019.
This is a delicate beer; painting light & fruity flavours to a background of dark, leathery and tobacco-y notes. A refreshing lactic acidity delivers a crisp finish and promotes dinkability
