To celebrate our collaboration with Far Yeast Brewing Co. of Yamanashi, Japan, this live barrel is a blend of sour wheat and red ales aged in oak wine barrels for two years with a late infusion of matcha green tea powder and jasmine flowers. Matcha Matcha Man showcases the floral notes and fruit taffy aromas of jasmine with the oceanic, green tea flavors of matcha tea. Live Barrel on 3/13/2020
