Mashsee Xoco IPA

The name Xoco, pronounced "chocolate", is derived from the ancient Mayan word Xocolatl for chocolate. In the glass, the Xoco IPA shows through a chestnut color and is accompanied by a cream-colored foam. The nose is spoiled by a scent of aromas of chocolate, apricot and vanilla with a slight sweetness. The taste of the Xoco IPA is very soft and velvety. The aroma of chocolate, which comes through the use of cocoa beans, presents itself in the Antrunk. On the palate, flavors of vanilla and apricot are reflected. Finally, the Xoco IPA shows with a slight bitterness and is rounded off in perfect harmony with the chocolate aroma.
