The Castaway 9.5% – Rum Barrel-Aged Imperial Pineapple Sour. Armed with only a machete and a half empty airplane size bottle of rum, there were no calls for “Wilson!” in this story. The Castaway is Imperial Pineapple Sour. It was aged in fresh rum barrels for 5 months with over 500 pounds of pineapple puree. The rich vanilla notes from the rum barrels pair perfectly with the juicy and refreshing pineapple. It’s a tropical adventure for your taste buds.
