The base of this rich, boozy creation is barleywine, Sugar and Spice, which contains cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, and piloncillo sugar. Aged Sugar and Spice for 5 months in whiskey barrels. The result is a high octane, 13.2% abv beer that actually does taste like the holidays. Sip this beer responsibly or it just might deck your halls.
