Vault City - Marshmallow Smoothie Sour: Peach Apricot Cherry

This Silly Sour is the second installation of our most outrageous beer concept. Taking inspiration form smoothies and shakes we’ve combined a ludicrous amount of fruit in a Modern Sour Beer and fired marshmallows to the mix. Peach, Apricot and Cherry are fruits that we’ve loved to pair individually with our House Mixed-Culture. In combination they provide a decadent, rich and smooth mouthfeel and character which is backed up by fluffy marshmallow.
