Black Dolphin Stout, a staple in our barrel aging program, has been released 4 times since it's first brewing in 2014. Black Dolphin Stout spends between 6-12 months in first-use bourbon barrels, imparting a bold, rich flavor that is unique from batch to batch. The name "Black Dolphin" comes from the world's most severe maximum security prison, located in Russia.
