Markowy Puchacz

Pours deep brown with a small, bubbly tan head. Moderate roast on the nose, some burnt ginger, cinnamon. Medium sweet flavour with nice chalky cocoa, roastted cinnamon, baking cocoa, ashy roast. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more cinnamon, bittersweet cocoa, nice roast. Good one.
