Fifty years on, at Slopeside Syrup, their grandchildren proudly carry on the family name, bottling pure maple syrup a mere snowballs throw from those now iconic hills. It pours dark brown, with a tan head of foam. Expect aromas of ristretto coffee, milk chocolate, and Manuka smoked malt.
