Manhattan Project Particles Collide

This started as a passion project to perfect the Hazy beer so many of us love. It was something to keep us excited while we focused on growing the business. But it is turning into a full-blown series, which means it will not be going away anytime soon. Particles Collide Alpha is currently in the market. Beta will hit in May. We will see how far we take it before we scale it up and produce larger batches. For now, we’re brewing only 3 barrels at a time.
