Beer description
The golden colour and the foam head do not make the gradation and energy of this beer suspect.
Thanks to the generous dry-hop (cold hop) the triple takes on a new dimension that characterises it with its explosive citrus hop aroma.
The fresh dryness and the alcoholic note are balanced by the sweetness of the malt and the rich and aromatic hop finish.
Farinata, panissa, focaccia with onion, to try with spicy meat (chicken tandori or beef and chicken faijtas).
