Beer description
The golden colour and the foam head do not make the gradation and energy of this beer suspect.
The aroma is intense and fruity, slightly spicy with peppery notes typical of yeast.
In the mouth it has backbone and character, the sweetness of malt and soon balanced by a well hopped, warm and alcoholic finish.
Farinata, fried fish, fried vegetables, panissa, cheese and aged pecorino cheese served with honey and fig jam.
