Beer description
Aged for 12 months in barriques of the Braida farm, it has an ebony colour with a fine foam of medium persistence of hazelnut colour, the saturation (gassing) is low.
Intense and complex, it is enriched by the vanilla notes of wood. There are aromas of coffee, sultanas and nuances of orange peel and rum.
The palate is strong and imposing with notes of coffee and cocoa beans followed by nuances of red fruits.
