Beer description
Golden colour with white and persistent foam.
Fresh and floral with herbaceous nuances and spicy notes of yeast.
In the mouth it is full-bodied with a good balance of malts and hops, persistent and pleasantly bitter aftertaste with a dry finish.
Ideal with first courses with light condiments. Pasta with green beans and potatoes pesto, pansoti with walnut sauce, vegetable cannelloni, baked fish, white meat, normal and cheese focaccia, vegetable and stuffed cakes.
