Beer description
Pours black color with medium tan head. Flavor of cocoa, a lot of spices, cardemom, chocolate, roasted malts, vanilla, sweetness, caramel and well, pastries. Heavily sweet, rich and complex taste that reminds you of cinnamon buns. Alcohol is quite hidden but still it's not a simple or too light in a way, some bitterness and alcohol to balance the extensive pastriness. I guess that's a word. I prefer traditional imperial stouts to pastry stouts, but in its niche this one is the best one I've had.
