Beer description
Aroma- fantastic waffles with intensive and not overdone cocoa cream with well balanced cinnamon and maple syrup. Great composition. Black, unclear, with a medium, creamy head, which reduces to the ring. Also some noticeable lacing. Taste- clear dessert like character, but for sure I can't call it a Pastry Stout. Waffles with cream made if a lot of cocoa (not chocolate), with gentle touch of cinnamon and maple syrup. Semi sweet, intensive, with a long lasting cocoa in the aftertaste. The best thing is the balance, which makes it surprisingly drinkable. Alcohol completely hidden. Medium-high bodied, very silky, with a minimal carbonation. World class Imperial Stout, with some barrel ageing it would be mind-blowing, close to the CBS.
